2-Bedroom Bergen County Home Sells Over Asking For $910K, Sets Boro Record
A two-bedroom Bergen County home sold for $111,000 over asking after just nine days on the market, setting a new record for the borough, according to the listing agent.
The renovated ranch at 14 Morrow Rd., in Midland Park, was listed for $799,000 on July 8 by listing agents Max Stokes, Luxury Real Estate Advisor with Keller Williams, and Jason Pierce of NJ Proper, Sotheby’s International Realty, Stokes said. Nine days later, the home was under contract. It ultimately closed for $910,000, nearly 14% above asking, Stokes said.
