CT 5-Year-Old Dies After Emergency Call At Home State police are investigating the death of a 5-year-old in Chester.  Connecticut State Police announced Wednesday, Sept. 23, that officers were called to a home just after 9:20 a.m. on Monday for a report of a child suffering cardiac arrest.  Paramedics rushed the. child to an area hospital, where they later died.  Troopers did not release any other information.  State Police are investigating it as an untimely death.
