Teen, 16, Dies Days After Motorcycle Crash In Cambridge: DA A 16-year-old involved in a motorcycle versus SUV crash in Middlesex County on Aug. 28 has died, authorities announced Thursday, Sept. 7. Jaden McDaniels crashed into a Toyota RAV4 just after 8:45 p.m. at the intersection of Pleasant Street and Putnam Avenue in Cambridge, the Middlesex District Attorney's Office said. Body Found In Lowell Canal; Police Attempting To ID Them A body was pulled from the water of a Lowell canal Thursday morning, Sept. 7, but investigators are not sure who it is or how it got there. Officers were called to 110 Canal Street around 11 a.m. after a pedestrian spotted the body floating in the water, the Middlesex District Attorney's Office said. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy to determine how the person died. The body did not show any obvious signs of trauma, authorities said. Lowell police will investigate the person's identity.
