(Watch) Church Steeple Falls In 5-Alarm Spencer Blaze Firefighters in Spencer were unable to save the steeple at First Congregational United Church on Main Street as a four-alarm fire tore through the building, authorities said. Update: Missing 12-Year-Old Boy From Pittsfield Found Safe UPDATE: Pittsfield Police report that Jayden Green was found safely. Pittsfield police are asking for the public's help to find a missing 12-year-old boy. Jayden Green is described as 5 feet-2 inches tall and weighing 135 pounds with black hair and brown. He is of mixed race. His hair is reportedly longer than depicted in the photo police have released. Green was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black joggers, and black shoes. Man Shot Outside Worcester High School Overnight: Police Worcester police are investigating an overnight shooting near a high school that sent one man to the hospital, authorities said. Officers responded to Worcester Technical High just after 3 a.m. on Friday, June 2, after receiving a Shotspotter activation, Worcester police said. Woman Killed In Marlborough Parking Lot; Suspect In Custody: DA (Developing) A woman was killed in the parking lot of a Marlborough hotel Thursday, June 1, afternoon, and police have captured a suspect, authorities said. Police were called to the hotel on Lakeside Avenue just after 12:30 p.m. and found the body. Police did not say how she was killed or how they found their suspect. Mom Found Dead: Daughter Charged With Assaulting Her In Somerville A 48-year-old Somerville woman is accused of strangling and assaulting her elderly mother, who was found dead on Sunday, May 28, in the younger woman's home, authorities said.
