Investigators arrested a 37-year-old man on drug and gun charges over the weekend.  Ramon Valdez was arrested on Sunday, Nov. 6, after police spotted him making "illegal transactions" around 9 p.m., Chelsea police said. Authorities say that strategy is paying dividends after officers arrested a woman last week with fentanyl and crack.  Erica Muniz Rivera, 31, was arrested on Friday, Nov. 4, after a traffic stop, Chelsea police said. Man Tricked, Abused Women To Work As Prostitutes Throughout Northeast: Feds A Rhode Island man who pleaded guilty to coercing multiple women to work as prostitutes and using violence to keep them in line will spend 18 years in prison, federal authorities said.  Ronald Hall, 48, of Woonsocket, admitted in August to the near decade-long operation and pleaded guilty to four counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion and one count of transportation of an individual to engage in prostitution, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said. In addition to the 18 years behind bars, Hall must also pay restitution to his victims. A judge will set that amount later.…

Police Searching For Man Who Broke Into Boston Home, Sexually Assaulted Woman Boston police are asking for the public's help to find the man they say broke into a home in Jamaica Plain and sexually assaulted a woman inside, authorities said.  Investigators said the man broke into the home on Arborway around noon on Monday, Oct. 24. Police described him as being in his mid-40s, 6 feet tall, and he wore dark-colored clothing and glasses. Great Barrington Man Received Child Porn, Featuring Kids Under 12, Feds Say A grand jury this week indicted a 54-year-old Great Barrington on charges of allegedly receiving child porn featuring children younger than 12, authorities said.  James J.
