Victor Pena Found Guilty Of Rape, Kidnapping Boston Woman In 2019: Report A Boston jury found Victor Pena guilty Tuesday, July 26, of kidnapping a 23-year-old woman and raping her over multiple days at his Charlestown apartment in 2019, reports said. The jury deliberated for only two hours and returned guilty verdicts on one charge of kidnapping and ten counts of rape, Boston25 said. Both sides wrapped up their cases in closing arguments around noon on Tuesday. Man Spotted Carrying Gun Through Boston Train Station: Police Transit police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who carried a handgun through a station last week. Security photos show the man walking through the Chinatown Station on Wednesday, July 20, around 11 a.m. No one was injured in the incident, but police released the man's photo on Tuesday to generate tips to help investigators track the man down. Transit police ask anyone who knows the man's identity or any information on the case to contact authorities at 617-222-1050 or send an anonymous text to 873873.

Crane Crashes Into Building At Boston Construction Site The Boston Fire Department said a crane tipped over at a construction site in Dorchester Tuesday morning. Fire crews rushed to the intersection of Crescent Avenue and Dorchester Avenue just after 10 a.m. when the crane fell onto the building. No one was injured, the fire department said. It's unclear what construction crews are building there or how much the tip-over will set the project back.

Dorchester Man Arrested Selling Heroin At Boston Macy's: Authorities Police arrested a 29-year-old Dorchester man for selling heroin at a Macy's in Boston last week, authorities said. Edison Arias, 29, was arraigned on Monday on charges of trafficking heroin under 200 grams, distribution of a Class A substance, and theft under $1,200, the Suffolk County District Attorney said. The 42-year-old is accused of kidnapping a woman in 2019 and raping her for three days before police found her in his Charlestown apartment.
