Two Dutchess County residents were caught with narcotics after authorities said they found one of them loading stolen items from a Putnam County Home Depot into their vehicle.
Poughkeepsie residents Dennis M. Bussanich, 45, and Karleen Carter, 37, were arrested following an incident at the Home Depot at 80 Independent Way in Brewster, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office announced on Friday, Sept. 18.
