Taxi Hits School Bus In Spring Valley Crash A taxi struck a school bus in Rockland County, prompting a police response.  The crash happened on Monday afternoon, May 12, when a taxi collided with the bus on South Madison Avenue near Route 59 in Spring Valley, The Monsey Scoop reported.  Soon after the incident, Spring Valley Police responded to the scene.  Luckily, no injuries were reported, according to The Monsey Scoop.
