Route 9A Stretch Reopens After Crash In Elmsford (Developing) All lanes of one direction of a stretch of Route 9A in Westchester were temporarily blocked following a crash.  Both lanes of northbound Route 9A in Elmsford near Sam's Club at 333 Saw Mill River Rd. were closed as the result of a crash that happened on Tuesday, Jan. 21 just before 10:30 a.m., according to 511NY.  More information about the crash has not yet been released by authorities. Car Lands On Roof In Early-Morning Mahopac Crash A Hudson Valley crash that left a car flipped on its roof caused a road to temporarily close.  The wreck happened in Putnam County on Saturday, Jan. 18 just before 3:30 a.m., when a car overturned on Bucks Hollow Road in Mahopac, according to the Mahopac Volunteer Fire Department.  The driver was able to escape from their car and refused an ambulance trip, firefighters said. The road was closed for around a half hour until the car could be towed away.

Serious Crash Closes Route 9 Stretch In Garrison (Developing) A stretch of Route 9 in the Hudson Valley is closed as the result of a serious crash. The crash, which happened on Friday, Jan. 17 around 1:45 p.m. in Putnam County, has left Route 9 closed in Garrison in the area of Old Highland Turnpike, the Putnam County Bureau of Emergency Services announced.  Police and first responders are operating in the area.
