Cops ID Vineland Man Who Died Days After Being Struck By Vehicle A 35-year-old Vineland resident died on Monday, Feb. 3, days after he was struck by a vehicle, authorities said. On Wednesday, Jan. 29 at 7:24 p.m., officers responded to South Brewster Road at School Lane and found Alexander Coraci struck by a black 2013 Ford pickup truck driven by  a 59-year-old Williamstown man, Vineland police said. Cops ID Pedestrian Struck, Killed In Ewing A 64-year-old Ewing woman was fatally struck by a vehicle on the evening of Saturday, Feb. 1, authorities said. At 8:53 p.m., officers responded to 725 Parkway Ave. and found a pedestrian, later identified as Tina Mann, not breathing after being hit by a car, Ewing police said.  Officers administered CPR to Mann and she was transported to Capital Health Regional Medica Center, where she was soon pronounced dead, police said. The crash remains under investigation by the Ewing Police Department and Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office and no charges have been filed, police said.

Escaped Sex Offender Apprehended After Days On The Run: Njsp A registered sex offender who escaped from custody while being transported in Newark last week has been apprehended, authorities said. Nicholas Voutsas, 25, had escaped from a New Jersey Department of Health medical transport van while en route to a hospital, New Jersey State Police said.  Police approached Voutsas at a homeless shelter for men in Brooklyn and he immediately tried to flee, NBC New York reported. At 6:27 p.m., officers responded to a residence on the 1200 block of Ashwood Court for a shooting and found the victim with a single gunshot wound, Vineland police said.
