Troopers Unable To Save Man From Drowning In Burning Car In Plainville Crash: Police Despite the best efforts of state troopers, a 23-year-old man died early Tuesday morning, Oct. 10, when his car crashed into a median on I-495 in Norfolk County, authorities said.
