Man, 41, Killed In Weymouth Multi-Car Crash ID'd By Police Massachusetts State Police have identified the man killed in an early morning Thursday, Sept. 29, crash in Norfolk County.  Adam Fallon, 41, of Whitman, was killed around 5 a.m. when his 2014 Mazda CX5 was involved in a three-vehicle crash in the southbound lane of Route 3 near exit 38B in Weymouth, State Police said.  Paramedics took Fallon to South Shore Hospital, where he later died. Worcester Man, 31, Killed In Fiery Oxford Crash On Route 395 A 31-year-old man was killed Friday night, Sept. 29, after his car veered off the road and crashed into a tree, authorities said.  Shawn Marengo, 31, of Worcester, was driving his Jeeps south on Route 395 in Oxford near Exit 4 around 10 p.m. when he left the roadway, Massachusetts State Police say.  The Jeep slammed into a tree and caught fire. Marengo was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.  It's unclear what caused his car to leave the road.
