Fiery, Fatal Crash: Teen Charged With Brother's Death In Western Mass Wreck A 19-year-old man who is charged with killing his 13-year-old brother when he crashed his car into a Chicopee house last month was intoxicated and speeding at the time of the wreck, the prosecutor said.
