Increased Speed Limit, Cameras OK'd Near 2 Two Manassas Schools: Report Speed limits around two Prince William County schools are going up, but so are the chances that speeders will get caught.  The Manassas City County approved a measure on Monday, July 11, that will raised the speed limit on Wellington Road near Metz Middle School and along Hastings Drive near Round Elementary from 15 to 25 MPH during school hours, WTOP reported. Man Exposed Himself At A Woodbridge Store: Police Prince William County police are searching for a man they say exposed himself at a store on Friday, July 11, authorities said.  Customers in a  Lowe's at 13720 Smoketown Road in Woodbridge said the man exposed himself and made inappropriate gestures, an incident report said. The man ran out of the store when other shoppers entered the aisle with him, police added.  Witnesses said the man was between 50 and 60 years old with brown hair and brown eyes. He was about 5-feet-9-inches tall and weighed 180 pounds, police said. He wore a red shirt and khaki-colored pants.
