Seen HIM? Man Missing In Elizabeth, Police Say A man has been missing in Elizabeth since Saturday, Feb. 15, authorities said. Jean Robert Destine was last seen traveling on Adams Avenue toward Fairmount Avenue, Elizabeth police said. He left wearing a blue t-shirt and jeans, Elizabeth police said.  He does not carry any identification nor have any money, police said. He is believed to have been diagnosed with a medical condition, police said. Man Dies By Suicide In Franklin Township TJ Maxx Parking Lot: Prosecutor A man died by suicide via self-inflicted gunshot wound in a TJ Maxx parking lot on the early morning of Saturday, Feb. 15, authorities said. At 1:40 a.m., Franklin Township Police discovered a male deceased in his vehicle in the parking lot of TJ Maxx, the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office said.  TJ Maxx is located in the Walmart Plaza just off Route 78 at the Clinton Township border. ICE Arrests Fugitive Wanted For Raping Minor In Guttenberg, Officials Say A Peruvian man wanted for raping a minor was arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 11 in Hudson County, authorities said. The man, whose name is being withheld due to privacy issues, was arrested in Guttenberg by  U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the agency said.   The man, who was in the United States illegally, was served a notice to appear before an immigration judge and his court date is pending with the Executive Office for Immigration Review, ICE said. He remains in ICE custody pending removal proceedings, the agency said.
